Shell Pellets Fuel

Shell pellet fuel is a kind of fuel, which is produced by high temperature pressing by granulator. Its raw materials are mainly rice hull, peanut hull, camellia oil hull, cottonseed hull and other crops.

Shell pellet fuel is produced by extruding rice husk, peanut husk, camellia oil shell, cottonseed husk and other raw materials with rollers and ring dies at room temperature. The density of raw materials is generally about 1100 kg/cubic meters. The density of formed particles is more than 1100 kg/cubic meters. It is convenient to transport and store. At the same time, its fuel performance has been greatly improved.

The main uses include:

  • Civil heating and household energy; high utilization rate of combustion, easy storage
  • Biomass industrial boilers; as the main fuel of industrial boilers, instead of coal combustion, to solve environmental pollution
  • Power generation: fuel for thermal power generation

Performance indicators are:

  • Calorific value: > 4000Kcal/kg
  • Density: > 1.1t/cubic meter
  • Appearance: Light yellow cylindrical 6mm
  • Ash: <=1.1%
  • Moisture: <=8%
  • Burning Rate: >= 95%
  • Thermal efficiency: >= 81%
  • Smoke blackness (Lingman grade): <1
  • Dust concentration: <=80mg/cubic meter
