Wood Pellets Fuel

Wood pellet fuel is a kind of fuel produced by high temperature compaction of straw granulator. Its raw materials are mainly wood chips, branches, leaves, bark, sidebark, sawdust and other forest crops.

Wood pellet fuel is produced by extrusion of wood chips, branches, leaves, bark, sidebark, sawdust and other raw materials using rollers and ring dies at room temperature. The density of raw materials is generally about 1100 kg/cubic meters. The density of formed particles is more than 1100 kg/cubic meters. It is convenient to transport and store. At the same time, its fuel performance has been greatly improved.

The main uses include:

  • Civil heating and household energy; high utilization rate of combustion, easy storage
  • Biomass industrial boilers; as the main fuel of industrial boilers, instead of coal combustion, to solve environmental pollution
  • Power generation: fuel for thermal power generation

Performance indicators are:

  • Calorific value: > 4000Kcal/kg
  • Density: > 1.1t/cubic meter
  • Appearance: Light yellow cylindrical 6mm
  • Ash: <=1.1%
  • Moisture: <=8%
  • Burning Rate: >= 95%
  • Thermal efficiency: >= 81%
  • Smoke blackness (Lingman grade): <1
  • Dust concentration: <=80mg/cubic meter
